Thank you for shopping at Surat Cosmetics! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite skincare products to your doorstep safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

• Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• High Volume Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a major holiday or a 50%–60% off promotional event), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer multiple tiers of shipping to meet your needs:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

• The tracking number will become active within 24 hours. You can monitor your package’s journey directly on our website or via the link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Surat Cosmetics is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

• All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, custom fees, etc.).

5. Damages and Missing Packages

• Surat Cosmetics is liable for products damaged or lost during transit. If you received your order damaged, please preserve all packaging materials and damaged goods.

• How to file a claim: Take a quick photo of the damaged package and reach out to our support team at suratcosmetics@gmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund immediately.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Surat Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately before the processing window closes.
