Return and Refund Policy

At Surat Cosmetics, your satisfaction and skin health are our top priorities. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help you with an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Window

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original retail packaging.

• All seals, protective caps, and accompanying promotional items or gifts are intact.

• You have the original receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

Note on Skin Sensitivity: We understand that everyone’s skin is unique. If you experience an adverse allergic reaction to a product, please contact our support team immediately with a photo of the reaction so we can assist you with a specialized solution or exchange.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products purchased during clearance, final sales, or special promotional events (unless defective).

• Individual items from a curated bundle or set (e.g., The East-Asian Radiance Set must be returned in its entirety).

• Gift cards.

4. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at suratcosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Pack Securely: Once approved, pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit.

3. Ship It Back: Send the package to our fulfillment address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

5. Refunds and Processing

• Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming its arrival and approval status.

• Timeline: Approved refunds are processed immediately. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, digital wallet, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
